Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Here at The Doll Hair Emporium we understand that our creative customers need their products quickly.

As a small business we will ship as fast as we can  currently between 3-5 working days bearing in mind that there is no shipping at the weekends.

We do not offer an expedited shipping service.

As soon as your order has shipped you will receive a notification with your tracking number.

We offer tracked shipping across the UK and Worldwide.

International tracked shipping is not a standard service in the UK so our parcels use a premium service.

We usually send using Paypal labels so please make sure your details are correct at the time of purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will happily  refund any packs of hair that remain unopened within 21 days of purchase.

Customers will pay the return postage.

We will also replace or refund any faulty items.

With our collectors doll that are NRFB (never removed from box) we will only exchange or refund if the doll has not been taken out of the box unless it is faulty.

Once out of the box it is no longer in its original saleable state and we are unable to resell it at its original value.
